We had a nice stay here for one night. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was great with a lot of options. There is a garage at the hotel, but it was full when we arrived so we parked a few blocks over.

New and clean with all the amenities required even facial wash and facial cream. Best part was that it was spacious unlike most hotels in Japan. Although underground parking was limited, we never had trouble with parking lots for our 2 cars despite coming back after 9pm. Staff were friendly and helpful although not very fluent in English. Google translate works :)

Very close to the train station and accessible to the shops and malls around the station. Staff were very friendly and willing to serve, although they had a very limited ability to speak in English. Rooms had the expected amenities and coin operated laundry facilities are available on the ground floor.

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 5. and they managed to put us on the same level next to each other. The rooms were modern and clean. We were close enough to the train station and eateries

We can park our car at the hotel and walk to Nagasaki Station in 10 mins for dinner. We need to pay 800 yen for our child's breakfast. It was not included the price when we booked. But the breakfast is great enough. The room is great but I think the price is expensive than it should be.
